Supporting children’s play and learning activities, helping them develop language, social skills, and confidence through structured and free play Assisting with daily care routines such as feeding, nappy changing, toileting, and helping children settle at rest times Observing children’s development and recording progress under the guidance of a qualified practitioner Helping to set up and tidy learning environments, including preparing resources and activities Supporting meal and snack times, encouraging good manners and independence Working as part of a team to follow safeguarding, health & safety, and early years framework
