Key Responsibilities
: Support the procurement lifecycle for purchases, including preparing solicitations, obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and administering procurement actions. Process low-dollar purchases using company Purchasing Card (P-Card) procedures. Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, order status, deliveries, and routine procurement questions.
Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy prior to processing. Maintain procurement files and documentation in accordance with company procedures and documentation standards. Monitor purchases to ensure timely delivery and resolve routine procurement issues.
Work closely with program personnel to support operational procurement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procurement procedures. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Previous purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or subcontract administration experience. Experience supporting Government contracts.
