We tackle a diverse range of projects, from environmental works to park construction, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goals!Your days will be filled with exciting challenges as you:Perform grades and layout measurements to ensure accurate project implementation using a level and tape methodMeasure and mark quantities of materialsProvide accurate cut and fill directionsMonitor and check grade elevations throughout the day to ensure project specifications are metMaintain a clean and organized worksite and assist with traffic control as neededChampion safety practices while fostering a positive team environmentMaintain accurate daily records and site notes as requiredWe put our people first and believe that each member of our team plays an essential role in our success. Requirements

3-5 years' experience in civil construction with a strong focus on grade checkingExperience as a Gradesperson or in a similar role in the construction industryStrong knowledge of grading procedures and earthworksProficient in using surveying equipment and tools an assetStrong math skills and ability to accurately utilize on-the-flyAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsCommitted to safety and quality in every aspect of workStrong communication and collaboration skillsCapable of working independently and as part of a teamA valid driver's license and reliable transportation
