This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project health, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction, partnering closely with internal operations, IT, and Healthcare Information Management (HIM) teams to deliver on time and within scope.Duties & Responsibilities:Own full project lifecycle - define scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with internal and client-side stakeholders.Build and maintain project plans in Zoho Projects (Verisma’s project management platform), including task management, documentation, and issues tracking.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client project managers, ensuring consistent, proactive communication throughout the engagement.Monitor daily project progress; identify risks and blockers early and drive resolution before they impact delivery.Facilitate change order processes - assess scope impacts, document decisions, and obtain required approvals.Escalate issues appropriately to leadership when blockers require executive attention or cross-functional coordination.Ensure all project team members are aligned on scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria at every phase.Produce and distribute detailed status reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards for account owners and key stakeholders.Validate final deliverables against agreed project scope before client handoff.Capture and report project performance data to support success metrics, forecasting, and continuous improvement.Contribute to team knowledge base - document best practices, lessons learned, and reusable project templates.Minimum
Qualifications
:5+ years in project management, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or healthcare technology environmentProven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and urgencyProficiency with project management software (Zoho Projects or equivalent), Microsoft 365, and SharePointAbility to navigate ambiguity, anticipate risk, and drive resolution across multi-stakeholder environmentsDetail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects independentlyExcellent written and verbal skills; able to tailor messaging for technical teams, clients, and executivesBachelor's Degree and PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification required at the Senior levelExperience in healthcare technology, EHR/EMR systems, or Health Information Management (HIM)Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologiesExposure to SQL, database management, or application development workflowsOriginally posted on Himalayas
