Head of FP&A - Europe

What is the job?This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of FP&A at a pivotal stage in our growth. You will build on the foundations already in place, bringing commercial insight, structure and ambition to how we plan, forecast and make decisions across Montu’s European businesses.You will be a trusted partner to leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Technology and the wider business. Your insight will directly shape strategic decisions, investment priorities and business performance at leadership level.With significant scope to influence how the function evolves, this role also offers a clear path to building and leading an FP&A team as the business continues to scale.What you will own?Financial Planning & ModellingSet the strategic direction for FP&A across Europe, owning and continuously evolving the financial models that underpin forecasting, scenario planning, and three-way modellingLead the annual budgeting cycle and regular re-forecasts end to end, setting the standard for how the business plansOwn long-term planning and investment decision support, including scenario analysis, commercial modelling, and business case development for board-level initiativesPerformance & InsightOwn monthly reporting and variance analysis at leadership and board level, connecting financial performance to strategic driversAct as the senior finance partner to functional leads, translating numbers into insight and holding leadership teams accountable to budgets and OKRsIdentify the story behind the numbers and use it to influence strategic direction, not just report on itTooling & InfrastructureOwn the roadmap for financial planning and reporting infrastructure across the businessWork with the Data & Analytics team to automate reporting and improve the quality, speed, and accessibility of financial data across the businessBring a continuous improvement mindset - spotting opportunities for better process, tooling, and reporting before they become bottlenecksLeadership & InfluenceBuild and lead the FP&A team as the function scales, with direct hiring and management responsibilityAct as a senior commercial partner and advisor to leaders across the business, including at board levelSet the standards, governance, and processes this function will run on long-termRepresent Finance in strategic, board, and investor-facing discussions

What We are Looking For
