Requirements

• Proactively follow up on pending verifications or authorization requests - Flag and report issues that may affect patient scheduling or treatment approval - Support insurance documentation and maintain organized digital records - Collaborate via Microsoft Teams with onsite and remote administrative staff Tools You'll Use - EMR: Prompt - Communication & Collaboration: Microsoft Teams - Excel, shared drives, and patient management portals as needed

Requirements

• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization (physical therapy or outpatient healthcare preferred) - Familiarity with U.S. healthcare insurance terminology and workflow - Proficient in navigating payer websites, portals, and verification tools - Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping - Strong verbal and written English communication skills - Comfortable working independently with accuracy and accountability - Able to consistently work full-time MST hours
