The TIS business unit offers product and services related to Interventional Cardiology, Peripheral Intervention and Interventional Oncology and partners closely with physicians, KOL's and local distributors.
Job Summary The Product Specialist is responsible for driving sustainable business growth and market development of the assigned product portfolio across 11 countries of the CIS region. The role combines product management, downstream marketing, commercial support, clinical education, and distributor development to maximize market penetration, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure successful execution of business strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Global Business Units. Job Responsibilities Product Expertise & Clinical Education Act as regional product and clinical expert for the assigned portfolio Develop and deliver product education programs for distributors, sales teams and healthcare professionals Support physician training, workshops and clinical case discussions Provide product support during complex procedures where appropriate Develop educational and promotional materials in collaboration with Marketing Communication Commercial Support & Business Development Support execution of the annual business plan for the assigned portfolio Identify growth opportunities and market expansion initiatives across CIS countries Support distributor business reviews and joint business planning Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement actions Support product launches, pricing discussions and strategic opportunities Product Management & Marketing Develop and execute annual marketing plans and product positioning strategies Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activities Monitor product performance, profitability and lifecycle management Support forecasting, demand planning and business reviews Distributor Management Build strong relationships with distributors and product specialists Conduct regular performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities Support development of local business plans and onboarding of new distributor personnel Ensure adequate product knowledge across distributor organisations Tender & Market Access Support tender preparation and review tender opportunities and risks Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on registration

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Clinical Support, Sales, Market Development or a related commercial role within the medical device industry Experience working with distributors and managing business activities across multiple countries or regions is a strong advantage Strong understanding of interventional procedures and cathlab workflows, with the ability to provide clinical and product support during procedures Solid commercial and analytical capabilities, including market development, forecasting, pricing and competitive analysis Demonstrated ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, distributors and other external stakeholders Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Fluent in English and Russian and willing to travel extensively across CIS countries and internationally (up to 50%) Required Competencies Commercial and business acumen Strategic and analytical thinking Clinical communication and presentation skills Distributor and stakeholder management Negotiation and influencing skills Project management and execution Cross-functional collaboration Ability to work independently across multiple countries and cultures Offer We offer you an exciting position as Product Specialist in an international medical devices company.
