You'll play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. This is a client-facing position where you'll work embedded within the client's team, requiring strong autonomy, initiative, and the ability to represent CI&T professionally.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days per week on-site at the client's Central London offices (Euston area). Position OverviewA/B Testing & Statistical AnalysisDesign, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product and feature performanceApply statistical methods to ensure test validity and generate actionable insightsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersBusiness Intelligence & Data ModelingDesign, build, and optimize semantic data models in Power BI for self-service analytics and enterprise reportingDevelop and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasetsPartner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in DatabricksEnsure seamless integration between data sources and BI modelsData Governance & CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business

Requirements
