, success criteria, and delivery priorities. - Ensure systems owned by team have appropriate monitoring, logging, and alerting in place, considering performance and cost. - Lead efforts to improve system observability, proactively identifying trends, anomalies, and reliability risks. - Regularly review system health metrics and dashboards to maintain high standards of uptime and performance. - Lead troubleshooting efforts during production incidents, guiding teams through resolution and prevention. - Ensure CI/CD pipelines support safe, repeatable deployments (testing, rollback, automation). - Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with user and business needs. - Serve as a primary technical liaison within the product triad, ensuring transparent communication and shared understanding. - Communicate CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and technical constraints to technical and non-technical audiences. - Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to engineers across team. - Promote culture of engineering excellence through high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and operational ownership.
