Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations within a North American trucking or brokerage environment - Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing - Proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS platforms and rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar) strongly preferred - Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competitive pricing and margin discipline - Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving quoting environment - Clear communicator who works well across sales and operations teams Nice to Have - Experience pricing cross-border (US - Canada or US - Mexico) lanes - Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
