Senior Coordinator / Coordinator, Project Logistic

Responsibilities - Lead the logistics function within the PMT, overseeing Marine Logistics coordination and ensuring full statutory compliance. - Manage end-to-end documentation for the import/export and clearance of vessels, materials and equipments from/to Malaysia. - Coordinate transportation and custom clearance for all project import/export

. - Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking reports, with providing regular updates to project stakeholders - Manage shipment of heavy/oversized cargo - Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines and transport contractor - Oversee receiving, storage and dispatch of materials Requirement - Advance Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics or equivalent - Minimum 10 years for Senior Coordinator or Minimum for 5 years for Coordinator role specifically in Oil & Gas Logistics.
