We're growing, and we're hiring for two roles.About us: Our work happens in environmentally sensitive areas — around protected vegetation, waterways, and erosion and sediment controls. We need people who can identify and respect environmental constraints, follow environmental management plans, and minimise disturbance while still delivering quality work.Machine OperatorOperating a variety of plant across forestry mulching, slashing, access track construction and maintenance, and rehabilitation works.You'll need:Proven experience on bobcats/skid steers, excavators, and tracked machineryExperience in forestry mulching, slashing, track construction, and vegetation managementCurrent HR or HC licence (open preferred)Construction White CardSound machinery maintenance and daily pre-start check practiceAbility to work safely in remote and varied terrainHighly regarded: RIIMPO320 / RIIMPO318 tickets; AQF3 chemical accreditation; prior environmental, ecological, or rehabilitation project experience; knowledge of environmental controls and compliance
