- At least five years of dedicated data engineering experience. - Hands-on experience with Innovaccer’s Data Activation Platform, including ingestion frameworks, connectors, data models, and interoperability workflows. - Expert SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Python or Scala. - Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. - Knowledge of data-lake technologies such as Amazon S3 and Delta Lake. - Experience with Apache Spark or Dask. - Strong knowledge of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, and RDS. - Experience with Apache Airflow or AWS Step Functions. - Understanding of healthcare data, HIPAA, HITRUST, and FHIR. - Strong background in system architecture, scalability, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
