Apprentice Engineering Operative Level 2

You will spend 1 day per week in our Apprentice Academy classroom and workshop in Beccles, or at East Coast College in Lowestoft, where you will learn theoretical and practical skills. For the remaining days you will be working on site in a team practising the skills you have learned at the Academy The apprenticeship program is tailored to the specific needs of our learners and our business. Learning takes place in small groups by our dedicated tutors, allowing you to learn with regular ongoing help and support You will be a member of a team supporting manufacturing machinery, equipment and facilities to ensure continuous production As part of the program, you will have opportunities to visit our other manufacturing sites and grow your skills and network We encourage our employees to develop within the business through mentoring and other development programs and training opportunities
