What We're Looking For
This role requires in-depth, hands-on experience recruiting within the technology sector, this is essential, not preferred.In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiringExperience in engineering or deep tech environmentsProven success filling complex or hard-to-fill rolesExperience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when neededStrong stakeholder skills. you can challenge, influence, and partner effectivelyFamiliarity with tools like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub
