As our UI/UX Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our AI-native platform, ensuring it is intuitive and powerful for both recruiters and candidates. Responsibilities - Platform Design & Iteration: Design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces and user experiences for Flowmingo’s core platform, focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement. - User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate user needs and business

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for creative, user-centric engineers with a passion for building exceptional digital products. Ideal candidates will possess: - User Empathy: The ability to deeply understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and effective design solutions. - Design Proficiency: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. - Technical Acumen: An understanding of the technical constraints and possibilities of web development and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers. - Problem-Solving: A structured and analytical mindset when approaching challenges, seeking data-driven solutions. - Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field, preferably within a tech startup or high-growth environment.
