About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Data Lead to join our ERP transformation programme on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit a seasoned data transformation professional with a strong track record of leading complex ERP data programmes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Working closely with the KP Data Lead and wider Project team, you'll be responsible for the data migration strategy for manufacturing operational data across KP Snacks. You'll play a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, governed effectively and ready for a successful transition into our new ERP platform.You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams, helping to shape the future of how data supports our business.What’s in it for you?We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive.

, resolve issues, communicate progress and drive successful deliveryProvide leadership across multiple data workstreamsCoordinate cross-functional activities, prioritise complex dependencies, manage risks and issues, and create an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvementSupport ERP integration and future data capabilityWork closely with technical teams to support data architecture, master data management, system integration and the adoption of best practice data management approaches across the organisation We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:ERP data transformation expertiseProven experience leading data workstreams within large-scale ERP transformation programmes, including data migration, governance, cleansing and business readiness activities, specifically for the manufacturing operations data within a manufacturing, FMCG or consumer packaged goods environmentStrong data governance and quality knowledgeExperience establishing data governance frameworks, master data standards and data quality controls, with a clear understanding of how accurate data supports business operations and transformation successERP platform experienceExperience working with enterprise ERP platforms and data migration tools. Recent Infor M3 and Infor Data Management experience would be highly advantageous, although experience with other major ERP platforms will also be consideredTechnical and analytical capabilityStrong understanding of ERP data structures, ETL processes, SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI, with the ability to turn complex data challenges into practical business solutionsLeadership and stakeholder management skillsAble to influence senior stakeholders, build strong relationships across functions and lead multiple cross-functional workstreams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex transformation environment

Qualifications
