Job Description:JOB TITLE: Team Manager - InsuranceLOCATION: Remote (UK Based)TYPE: Permanent, Full - time (37.5 hours per week) Velonetic represents the joint ventures between DXC Technology, the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd’s of London. Previously known as the London Market Joint Ventures, we have operated in the London Market (Lloyd’s and Company) for over 20 years, across both insurance and reinsurance business.Processing over £101 billion in premium and claims transactions, we are building a new digital platform and services to help customers move transactions and money through the processing lifecycle more efficiently freeing up time for innovation and higher-value activities.Job Overview We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong operational understanding.The Team Manager is responsible for achieving production targets through the smooth and efficient operation of their team. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills, alongside excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.You will need to adapt to changing demands and ensure all work meets agreed service levels for quality and turnaround times.Full training will be provided on all required insurance documentation and systems.What you will be doingForecast workloads and resource
Requirements
