Based in Byron Bay, we have big growth plans for 2026 and are building a warm, collaborative remote team where your contributions truly matter.The RoleWeâre looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels. Youâll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.What Youâll DoRespond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via GorgiasProcess returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/LoopEscalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notesParticipate in team training, QA, and meetingsMeet daily productivity and quality standardsWhat Weâre Looking For1â3 years eCommerce customer service experienceStrong written English and professional communicationExperience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time managementBonus PointsExperience with multi-channel support or returns platformsHours / LocationFull-time (5 days/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST).
