Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), financial statements, and contracts to identify financial, operational, and compliance risks. - Assess deal processes, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising transactions, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial documentation. - Conduct rigorous analysis of sensitive and confidential documents while adhering to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance standards. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with sensitive data, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with PII compliance, including knowledge of non-obvious identifiers within financial and proprietary documents. - Proven track record in M&A, corporate finance, or transactional due diligence environments. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing and presenting complex information to diverse audiences. - Expertise in identifying and analyzing risk factors within confidential information and financial documents. - Strong understanding of compliance standards relating to sensitive document handling and regulatory best practices. - Demonstrated ability to review, reconcile, and verify complex financial data across diverse industries. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, confidential settings. ## Preferred
