AOE Solutions GmbH | Wiesbaden/Remote | Permanent | Full-time | Experienced level Job Description • Develop AI-powered solutions - You design and build AI agents, Conversational AI, and enterprise AI platforms that create real value for customers • Select technologies & frameworks - You identify and implement the right AI technologies & frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face) tailored to individual customer needs • Identify customer needs & support pre-sales processes - You recognize customers' specific challenges, showcase innovative AI use cases, and develop tailored strategies for successful collaboration • Optimize RAG applications & AI workflows - You develop and enhance RAG applications and improve information retrieval processes for maximum efficiency • Drive MLOps & automation - You establish MLOps practices to ensure continuous integration & deployment for machine learning models • Teamwork & leadership mindset - You collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines, foster knowledge sharing within the AI team, and take on technical leadership responsibilities when needed What You Bring Along • Experience in AI projects & customer consulting - You have proven experience in developing and implementing AI projects and know how to engage clients in pre-sales processes with expertise and strategic insight • Programming & data processing skills - You are proficient in Python, R, or Java and work confidently with data processing tools such as Pandas, Spark, or SQL • Retrieval technologies & AI platforms - You have experience with technologies like Lucene, GraphDB, or Vector DB and know how to leverage them effectively • Machine learning & generative AI - You have a deep understanding of ML, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs and their integration • Customer focus & strategic thinking - You have a strong sense of customer needs, identify opportunities for AI solutions, and can present them convincingly • Technical leadership & expertise sharing - You have experience working within an AI team, make well-founded technical decisions, and share your knowledge to foster the team's professional growth • Strong communication skills in German & English - You can explain complex AI concepts in a clear and engaging way to both customers and internal teams What We Offer • Your life, your plan: Flexible and self-organized work in an agile corporate culture without hierarchical levels.
