OverviewThe Consilio Legal Transformation Service practice is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to lead CLM implementations, consulting, and strategy projects within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management activities for CLM engagements. You will support all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes for our clients.
ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & ManagementLead project management for CLM engagements, from initial scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review.Oversee timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met.Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing communications, expectations, and relationship building to foster long-term client partnerships.Implementation Leadership & CLM ExpertiseServe as the CLM subject matter expert, advising clients on implementation strategy, configuration, testing, and user adoption.Support functional design workshops, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage issue resolution.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the implementation meets the defined

Qualifications
BA/BS degree PreferredMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Project ManagerDemonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraintsDemonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfactionA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needsThe ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectivelyStrong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managersOriginally posted on Himalayas
