:Technical Ownershipo Provide expert-level support for printer hardware (HP, Canon) and print management platforms (e.g., LRS, uniFLOW).o Lead automation initiatives for driver deployment, firmware updates, and print queue management.Optimization & Strategyo Analyze print usage to reduce device count and consolidate infrastructure.o Implement cost-saving measures through usage analytics, secure printing, and policy enforcement.Cloud & Modernizationo Drive adoption of cloud printing solutions (e.g., Microsoft Universal Print).o Support hybrid work models with secure, location-agnostic print capabilities.Vendor & Lifecycle Managemento Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for device provisioning, maintenance, and SLA adherence.o Manage toner supply workflows and ensure alignment with sustainability goalsOriginally posted on Himalayas
