We need an English-fluent Campaign Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. ## Responsibilities - Execute optimizations across client Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging social platforms accounts following industry best practices. - Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency ROI. - Support day-to-day ad account maintenance and reporting. - Build, monitor, and proactively deliver performance reports with a focus on scaling channel results. - Manage QA processes to ensure accuracy in ad content and on-time delivery. - Translate business objectives into actionable multi-channel strategies, including audience segmentation and retargeting. - Monitor ad platform updates and algorithm changes to proactively adjust strategies. - Work with paid search, DSP, and email teams to execute collaborative cross-channel marketing. - Identify and implement fixes for low catalog match rate and product feed health to maximize efficiency. ##
Requirements
