We’re a UK-based cleaning company looking for a driven Business Development Coordinator to help us grow our Residential and End of Tenancy client base.The Role:You’ll coordinate new business efforts, manage leads, and work with the team to convert opportunities into customers.
Key Responsibilities
:Contact warm leads to secure new bookings.Support business growth through consistent follow-ups.Keep records and update CRM systems.Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.What We Offer:Base salary of R8,000 + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).Remote role with flexible hours.40 days paid annual leave.Opportunities for advancement in sales and operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.Own reliable laptop/desktop.Originally posted on Himalayas
