This role ensures that infrastructure capabilities: including Azure, Active Directory, Servers, Virtualization, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, patching/monitoring, identity & access management (IAM), monitoring, and end-user technologies are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business and digital transformation priorities.As a key member of the IT leadership team, this position partners closely with the CIO to modernize the technology landscape, optimize operations, and enable innovation through reliable, high-performing infrastructure.

Requirements
:12 - 15+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or enterprise technology7 - 10+ years in leadership roles managing global infrastructure teams and servicesProven experience partnering with CIO and senior IT leadership to align infrastructure with business and digital strategyDeep expertise across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), data centers, networks, and end-user computingDemonstrated success leading large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives (cloud migration, modernization, automation)Strong experience in global IT operations, including high-availability environments and service delivery modelsExpertise in infrastructure architecture, scalability, and performance optimizationExperience driving automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform standardizationSolid understanding of IT security, resilience, disaster recovery (BC/DR), and compliance
Requirements
Proven ability managing global teams (including offshore GCC), global vendors, managed services, and outsourcing modelsExperience managing large operating and capital budgets Strong background working in complex, matrixed global organizations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldWork Environment:Ability to travel, sit and handle large phone and email volume.
