Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands. You’ll lead performance across media channels, funnel optimization, and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets. - Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals. - Optimize the entire funnel - from ad creative to checkout and upsell - to maximize customer value and profitability. - Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel, ensuring brand consistency. - Prioritize improvements weekly/bi‑weekly using a 20/80 framework. - Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‑click funnel software. - Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank‑you page.
Requirements
- +5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies - particularly in e‑commerce or consumer products. - Experience managing six‑figure monthly ad spend across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. - Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions. - Strong collaboration and communication with creative, engineering, and marketing teams. - Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning complex funnels from paid media setup to upsell flows and thank‑you pages.
