About the Role
We're hiring a Marketing Director to own and scale our entire marketing function across both B2C and B2B. This is a builder's role for someone with a co-founder mentality, someone who takes full ownership of strategy and execution, thrives in ambiguity, and moves fast in a high-growth environment.You'll architect and run a full-funnel growth engine, build and lead the marketing team, and own the tech stack and the numbers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Clinical, and Product to keep our messaging accurate and consistent across socials, our website, conferences, and customer communication.We are changing cardiology healthcare globally, and every campaign you run helps put life-saving AI into more clinicians' hands.

Our commercial business is scaling rapidly with a clear path to eight-figure ARR. We already have the fundamentals in place: SEO and content, a HubSpot CRM with automated workflows, 200+ daily registrations, 10,000+ paying B2C customers acting as a lead-gen funnel, an identified pipeline of thousands of B2B health systems, clinical validation and medical-education assets ready for distribution, established relationships with the largest ECG-interpretation and FOAMed blogs (26M+ visits), and key opinion leaders in our priority markets.
