Job Description SummaryThe energy transition is one of the most complex workforce challenges of our time - and you could be at the center of shaping how GE Vernova's Electrification segment builds the talent to meet it. As an Electrification Segment Talent Specialist, you'll work alongside a segment Talent Leader to design and deliver talent strategies that directly influence how the business grows, how its people develop, and how its culture evolves. This is a role for someone who believes that people are the ultimate driver of business success - and wants to do something meaningful about it.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:Drive core talent processes - own the end-to-end execution of programs such as Performance @ GE Vernova, Talent Review, and succession planning to ensure key talent is identified, developed, and retained across the segment.Shape how talent practices evolve - act as a design partner to the Talent Center of Excellence (COE), bringing the voice of the Electrification business into the development of new tools, technologies, and practices, including AI-enabled talent solutions.Advance culture and inclusion - collaborate with the Culture & Inclusion team to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all people can contribute their best work.Connect the HR community - work closely with Electrification HR Business Partners to embed COE standard work, gather feedback, and continuously improve how talent processes operate in practice.Lead with data - leverage talent analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to surface workforce trends, flag risks, and equip leaders with the insights they need to make confident, informed decisions.Champion change - lead change management efforts that help the business adapt, evolve, and stay ahead of its talent needs as the Electrification segment scales.Required QualificationBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experienceExperience or direct exposure to human resources, talent acquisition and/or talent managementHigh curiosity and degree of comfort leveraging data, analytics, and emerging tools (largely AI functionalities) to enhance talent insights and decision-makingFluent in English;Spanish knowledge is desirable;Exercise independent judgment to drive talent and culture outcomes with minimal oversight.Demonstrate proficiency in project management and organizational change leadership.Apply Lean methodologies to effectively streamline and optimize people-related initiatives.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No - This is a remote positionOriginally posted on Himalayas
