We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused IT Support Administrator to help deliver excellent support services to our clients and internal teams. This role combines helpdesk administration, reporting, asset management, supplier coordination, and customer support in a fast-paced remote environment.
Duties & Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for helpdesk tickets. - Assign and manage support tickets through Freshdesk. - Maintain and update Excel reports and operational trackers. - Monitor and report on helpdesk performance. - Maintain hardware and software asset inventories. - Assist with ordering technology equipment and software. - Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and replacements. - Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Escalate issues where required and coordinate with technical teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support and administration. - Strong Microsoft Office - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Technical troubleshooting knowledge is advantageous.
