As a Senior Data Developer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software applications while collaborating with developers, project managers, analysts, leaders, and clinicians to create effective technology solutions.
In this senior-level data engineering role, you will support the extraction, validation, transformation, and delivery of research data from complex clinical and operational systems, ensuring data pipelines are reliable, scalable, and compliant with governance standards. Your work will help provide high-quality datasets to researchers and data science teams while leveraging advanced software development and engineering expertise to drive technical solutions and continuous improvement.A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. To be considered for this position, candidates must live in Ohio, Florida or Nevada.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Analyze, design and coordinate the development of software systems.Responsible for developing new software and proofing/testing the development to ensure production of a quality product.Develop new programs.Analyze current programs and processes.Make recommendations which yield a more cost-effective product and better streamlined work flows.Define and implement high performance software by leveraging a strong understanding of embedded hardware design.Support team strategy in development approach.Iterate with team members around design and development.Provide technical support to other developers when project support is needed including the design of relational databases, client-side programming strategies using the latest HTML, CSS and Angular or React or TypeScript.Determine and communicate the implications of system-level decisions on subsystems and components.Determine how best to mitigate or take advantage of these implications.Make presentations to clinicians and hospital leaders.Observe work flow.Translate clinical problems into innovative healthcare solutions.Gather business and application specific

Qualifications
