As a Solution Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the merchant experience to drive success.What You’ll Be DoingDesign the end-to-end payments journey for each merchant, from current-state analysis to future-state architecture, often involving complex third-party integrationsLead strategy sessions with customers to understand their business objectives and recommend scalable, efficient solutionsOwn the technical integration process - from API and SDK testing to guiding merchants through onboarding and implementation best practicesAdvise merchants on optimizing their payment stack - covering areas like checkout UX, authentication, payment flows, and payoutsCreate and maintain technical docs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guidesBuild or recommend tooling to improve and scale the integration processCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth merchant experience and surface product feedbackTravel to customer sites when needed for hands-on technical support and implementationYou’ll Be Great for This Role If You:Have 5+ years of experience leading technical implementations with APIs and SDKsHave a background in fintech, especially paymentsHave a strong grasp of complex API architectures and have developed applicationsCan confidently break down complex integration challenges and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiencesHave a strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes and business value for customersDemonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders and frontline teamsKnow how to run effective customer meetings and discovery workshopsAre organized, able to manage multiple merchants at once, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environmentAre fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)How We Work at MoneyHashBeyond your functional responsibilities, everyone at MoneyHash plays a part in shaping our culture and values:Respect.
