Marketing Manager AI Leadership | Remote, Austin, Texas preferred | Reports to: President | AI Leadership’s mission is to help build better leaders, better businesses, and better lives. We help executives become AI-driven leaders who can build AI-driven teams and organizations. We are hiring a Marketing Manager to grow brand awareness and generate top-of-funnel sales activity.This is an individual contributor role.
This role does not need to own the full marketing strategy, but they must be able to influence it, improve it, and execute it with discipline.What You Will OwnExecute and manage content campaigns across LinkedIn, newsletters, website, email, and short-form social channels.Help grow Geoff's personal brand and the AI Leadership corporate brand.Create and manage weekly newsletters and AI-Driven Leadership Collective member communications.Use AI marketing tools, LLMs, and workflows to improve content quality, speed, and consistency.Own core marketing metrics, historical and real-time, and create dashboard visibility into trends.Run A/B tests to learn which messages resonate and adjust campaigns based on results.Work with the video production team to guide content themes, direction, and repurposing.Manage website content, page structure, and layout updates.Work with sales to develop sales collateral, follow-up content, and campaign assets.Turn ideas, frameworks, events, videos, and sales insights into clear marketing content.Success MetricsNewsletter and post engagementAudience growthTop-of-funnel sales leadsBrand awarenessMarketing dashboardsMessaging test learnings
What We are Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of brand marketing experience.High proficiency with AI marketing tools, LLMs, and AI-assisted workflows.Strong experience creating LinkedIn posts and short-form social content.Strong writing, editing, messaging, content judgment, and performance reporting discipline.Ability to write for senior executive buyers without sounding generic or overproduced.Experience managing newsletters, content calendars, dashboards, reports, and audience metrics.Comfortable working across sales, advisory, leadership, and video production teams.Ability to execute independently in a small, fast-moving company.Nice To HaveExperience marketing for a public figure, author, speaker, or influencer.Experience growing both a personal brand and a corporate brand.Experience in consulting, advisory, executive education, or professional services.Familiarity with AI strategy, executive leadership, or B2B thought leadership.Originally posted on Himalayas
