Requirements
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery.• Experience managing project budgets, programmes, and resources.• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Desirable• Professional qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.• Experience delivering residential projects.• Polish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.Remuneration : Subject to experiencePlease send your CV to mail@jandzconstrucion.co.uk.
