Requirements
: Experience in data analysis techniques from various internal and external sources.Ability to synthesize findings that support service improvement and strategy development.Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Skills in building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization, from front-line staff to senior leadership.Knowledge of data governance and its relationship with organizational structures.Experience managing data, including adherence to standards and maintenance of data dictionaries.Understanding of data modeling, cleansing, and enrichment with the capability to develop business intelligence architecture.Proficiency in data quality assurance, validation, and linkage methods.Familiarity with data visualization tools and the ability to present data in a compelling manner.Knowledge of IT and mathematical skills, including proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Qlik, SQL, R, Python, QGIS, and Tableau.Logical and creative thinking skills to effectively resolve problems related to databases, data processes, and services.
