The team is collaborative, data-informed, and committed to scaling creator-led growth across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and emerging platforms.Why does this role exist?As the brand scales creator, affiliate, and social commerce programs, the team needs dedicated operational support to manage high-volume creator communications, sampling workflows, and content tracking with speed and accuracy.

This role ensures inboxes are responsive, samples are processed and followed through to content, and trackers provide clear visibility into status, deliverables, and usage rights.
