Content Creator Manager (working student/mini job/internship) - Instagram (m/f/d)

Hey, I'm Philipp, founder of MindElevate. With MindElevate, we have developed an app that makes people mentally stronger, a kind of gym for the mind. Since the product works perfectly (More than 10,000 users/∅4.8/5*), we now still need organic reach.

We are already used by companies and sales partners such as UrbanSports or Hansefit, but we also want to reach people directly and encourage them to download. That's why I'm now building up my personal brand on Instagram and that's why I'm looking for you: as a working student or on a mini-job basis, as a creative mind for social media and content. You are not just my execution aid.

I'm looking for my sparring partner for ideas. You think along, try things out, recognize trends before they become big and turn an idea into a reel (script) that really reaches people. If you love Instagram, have an eye for good content, and want to be part of building a brand from the beginning, then read on.

Tasks Develop and think through ideas, not just implement them. Test formats and see what really works and learn from it. Creatively think up your own new ideas instead of just copying trends.

Reels in CapCut/Edits/etc. cut and bring it to life with the right cut, sound and flair. Observe trends, sounds and formats on Instagram and make them usable for us. Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT sensibly to become faster and better.

Qualifications

You are Instagram obsessed. No trend will pass you by and you understand exactly what makes the platform tick. A real creative streak and your own mindset.

That's exactly what makes the difference, because I built a Claude agent myself. The question you should answer is: What can you do that no AI can? A feeling for good editing in CapCut/Edits/etc., for music and for what simply looks good visually.

You understand quickly, think for yourself and work independently. You can use AI tools or you really want to learn. 👉 We are looking for working students, part-time employees (€556 basis) or compulsory interns (3-6 months).
