Are you in? Your role Strategic customer management: You support customers from various industries strategically and operationally - usually in a team of two or three. You act as a real sparring partner on an equal footing with your customers, whether C-level, communications manager or in-house PR manager: you think along, advise proactively and are not just an order recipient.
Press work at the highest level: You develop creative, editorially well-thought-out PR stories and pitch them individually to journalists. At the forefront of the AI wave: You actively work with our internal AI stack. Research, pitch preparation, topic scouting - where machines are faster, we let them do it.
You invest the time you gain in substance, relationships and creativity. Targeted performance: You work with clear KPIs and actively contribute to success through daily media contact and close customer support. Active networking: You build and maintain reliable relationships with journalists from the most important media in the DACH region and Europe.
Who you are 3 years of operational PR experience on the agency or in-house side (e.g. as a (junior) PR consultant, PR consultant or communications manager with a focus on PR) with verifiable placements in leading German media. You worked on your own customers and looked after them strategically and operationally. You understand how different media tick and develop precise stories from complex topics that work journalistically.
You have a well-maintained network with journalists and know how to build and expand trusting relationships. Personal responsibility is just as important to you as team cohesion, and you want to be part of a team in which knowledge is shared openly. For you, AI is a network, not a threat.
You have already worked with LLMs or AI workflows and are looking forward to working with and shaping our system. You speak German at C2 level, can also communicate professionally in English and live in Germany.
