Metal Fabricator Apprentice

The aim of the apprenticeship program with Manthorpe Engineering is to train people to become skilled fabricators within their chosen field who can then build a successful career within the company. To achieve this the apprentice will be paired with an experienced fabricator who will ensure their skills and knowledge are developed alongside their college-based training. This process will involve on the job training and will include: Shadowing and working alongside an experienced member of the Fabrication team to learn processes such as: Marking out Cutting, grinding Drilling Tack welding MIG welding
