What We are Looking For
We are looking for an Expert-level professional (with seniority equivalent to Manager, without direct people management) to lead the engagement levers for customers without credit at Neon. In this position, you will be the team's main analytical and strategic reference, acting with leadership by influence to connect data insights to the direct impact on the contribution margin and operational efficiency of the business. Responsibilities Design and lead the macro strategy for sending and delivering cards, mapping and mitigating critical bottlenecks in the chain to ensure cost efficiency (savings) and maximizing the activation rate, in addition to identifying the main levers for customer engagement, beyond credit, and how to influence them.
Act autonomously in modeling and extracting large volumes of complex data via SQL, transforming raw data into strategic directions that guide the product's growth roadmap. Develop, validate and defend complex financial feasibility studies before leadership, connecting product initiatives directly to business health indicators such as LTV, CAC and churn control. Implement, structure and disseminate the end-to-end testing framework, raising the technical level of our analyzes and ensuring solid conclusions and recommendations.
Design and ensure the governance of performance dashboards (KPIs) aimed at senior leadership, translating metrics and technical analyzes into clear and actionable business narratives. Architect automation solutions for data collection and processing processes, ensuring that recurring analyzes operate with maximum agility, precision and autonomy. Act as the main strategic link between product tribes, operations and senior leadership (C-level), communicating complex strategies persuasively, aligning expectations and unlocking barriers.
Requirements
