WHAT YOU DO The role is "post-sales" and as such is located within our company's technical sustainability team Approximately 70-80% of tasks focus on customer support and customer management, while the remaining tasks include evaluating individual customer data and further developing processes You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in the area of sustainability to also deliver project content for customers You will onboard new customers into our software You will support customers as a "clearinghouse" for Questions and problems related to the use of our products and provide their technical advice in the area of sustainability You interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers and support them in making decisions on how to optimally use our tools and services You are the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function and our software engineers You develop and manage the tools for monitoring customer activities and respond to this monitoring The primary internal working language will be English, but communication with the Customers are mainly in German WHO YOU ARE You have at least one year of experience in a similar function You have work experience with at least one of the following topics: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis You have German language skills at a native speaker level You work independently and customer-oriented You are characterized by a structured and solution-oriented way of working You communicate clearly and confidently You are motivated to learn new sustainability content independently Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus You have business fluent skills Knowledge of English WHAT TO EXPECT Hybrid Work & Freedom | We firmly believe that every work environment must be ideal and tailored to the individual.
