JOIN US The sustainability team at Code Gaia is responsible for ensuring that our work accurately meets the needs of our partners and users. WHAT YOU DO You are responsible for the active handling of sustainability information and data for users of our sustainability software You work closely with members of the sustainability team to ensure that large amounts of user data are processed with precision, thoroughness and timeliness, while at the same time respecting data quality and data protection You complete repetitive tasks with great attention to detail, but also make your own decisions on how to process data more efficiently and suggest solutions to improve processes You You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to automate data processing and communicating these opportunities to the software engineers.
WHO YOU ARE You are studying business administration with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting, or economics, ideally with a focus on sustainability. You are strong in communication and have a very good command of German (C2 level) and English (B2 or better), both orally and in writing. A third European language (especially Spanish, Polish or Croatian) would be an advantage.
You have a high level of attention to detail and initiative. You can research independently to find solutions based on credible and scientifically based sources. You have a professional, positive and friendly communication style that enables you to communicate with internal sustainability team members and software developers.
You analyze data sets independently and quickly recognize patterns or discrepancies.
