Founded in 2017 by Sebastian, Lisa and Matthias Vogg, today a well-rehearsed team of media buyers, creative strategists, designers and content producers works together across the entire DACH region. From paid media to UGC and creative strategy to measurement & attribution, VOGGSMEDIA has deliberately remained small and well-established. What drives the agency is not the size of the team, but the depth of collaboration - with customers and with each other. Communication tasks: Contact person for customer contact with your customers and regular communication.

Performance analysis: Continuous performance analysis and derivation of proactive measures to identify customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Campaign Optimization: Responsible for continuous campaign optimization to achieve clients' goals. Scope: Independent support of a portfolio of typically 2 large and 4 to 5 medium-sized customers.

Creative Briefings: Creating precise briefs for creative teams. Sales responsibility: Taking responsibility for customer loyalty and increasing sales as a central interface to the agency. Qualification Meta Ads Expertise: Profound and in-depth knowledge of Meta Ads as a knockout criterion.

Experience: Proven experience in independently supporting customers in performance marketing. Growth Mindset: Strong growth mindset and interest in new tools and developments in the industry. Self-organization: High ability to self-organize and take initiative in order to be successful in our free agency structure.
