About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you’re the first voice many of our potential clients will hear - and the person who helps guide them to their next best step. You’ll reach out to warm leads (no cold calling), follow up on referrals, and re-engage past prospects who have expressed interest in our services.Your goal is to book qualified calls for our Account Advisors (Closers) by having real conversations, asking smart questions, and representing our brand with professionalism and heart. It’s an entry point to a high-growth team and a chance to do meaningful work with real earning potential.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look LikeCall and text warm leads using provided scripts and toolsFollow up with prospects who have shown past interest but haven’t bookedQualify leads based on simple criteria and book appointments for our AdvisorsKeep CRM data updated and organizedAttend weekly check-ins and performance reviews with the sales teamTrack outreach and show-up rates to continuously improve resultsCommunicate with your team lead on wins, blockers, and opportunitiesWhat You Need to Succeed1 - 2 years of sales, customer service, or outreach experience (preferred but not required)Comfortable talking to small business owners and professionals on the phoneStrong communicator who can build trust quicklyOrganized and consistent - you follow through without needing to be micromanagedYou love helping people take action and aren’t afraid of hearing “no”Excited about entrepreneurship and making a difference in people’s livesTech-comfortable (you’ll use a CRM, call system, and messaging tools)Coachable and open to feedback - you’re always improving
