Requirements

. You'll partner with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Client Services to deliver features that improve preventive healthcare for Medicare and Medicaid members. Responsibilities - Gather and analyze stakeholder

Requirements

. - Write user stories, technical specs, and Jira tickets. - Build prototypes and validate product concepts. - Partner with Engineering throughout development. - Support QA and perform pre-release validation. - Leverage AI tools to streamline product workflows.

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or Product Operations experience. - Healthcare or HealthTech experience. - Strong product thinking and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, and prototyping. - Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication. Nice to Have - HEDIS, STARS, Medicare, or Medicaid experience. - SQL or data analytics exposure. - Startup or high-growth company experience.
