After - Hours Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented After-Hours Dispatcher to support our operations outside of regular business hours. This role is responsible for coordinating driver activities, monitoring shipments, handling urgent operational issues, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams.What You’ll DoMonitor ongoing operations and respond to after-hours requests and emergenciesCommunicate with drivers via phone, email, and messaging platformsCoordinate driver schedules, routes, pickups, and deliveriesTrack shipments and provide real-time updates on load statusHandle delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and other operational issuesProvide timely solutions and escalate critical issues when neededUpdate internal systems with accurate shipment and driver informationEnsure compliance with company procedures and operational
