Key Responsibilities
Work closely with matchmakers to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify potential matches across multiple channelsConduct outreach to potential matches via messaging, calls (including video calls), and in-person interactions when applicableClearly and compellingly communicate our service and opportunitiesBuild rapport quickly and represent the brand in a thoughtful, engaging wayScreen candidates to assess fit based on client preferences, lifestyle, values, and relationship goalsTrack outreach, conversations, and candidate status in internal systemsManage multiple priorities and timelines across clientsMaintain a high level of responsiveness and follow-through
