Unlike other commercial roles with local coverage, this position has a regional scope, being responsible for developing business in multiple states, with a high level of autonomy. Location / Territory: - Modality: Remote (Mexico) with strong interaction with clients and internal teams - Territory (West): Jalisco, Michoacán, Guanajuato, Nayarit, Colima, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes and Querétaro - Candidates located in Querétaro, Guadalajara, San Luis Potosí, Guanajuato or Aguascalientes will be prioritized, due to their strategic proximity to the territory - Field Work/Travel: Territory sales position; frequent visits to clients within the West Main responsibilities: - Identify, develop and manage business opportunities with new and existing clients in the assigned territory - Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, closing and after-sales follow-up - Promote and sell process solutions (equipment, spare parts, services and special projects) - Maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships with clients in the assigned vertical market - Detect high-potential projects and actively incorporate them into the pipeline - Manage opportunities and pipeline through CRM (Salesforce or other similar tools) - Proactively coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure execution and delivery of solutions - Meet sales, order, margin and commercial activity objectives (includes high activity in customer visits) - Maintain high commercial activity in the field, generating visits, leads and business opportunities on a continuous basis
