ð«µÂ¡Join #TeamSiroko! At Siroko we continue to grow and are looking for a UX/UI Designer to strengthen our digital business lines, working side by side with development, product, marketing, content and data. The objective is clear: to design careful experiences, consistent with the brand and prepared to reach production.
At Siroko we live sport as a way of life and we work for a global community that understands it just as we do. Our digital ecosystem is a key part of that relationship: ecommerce, apps, content platforms, campaigns and new product initiatives, all fundamental touchpoints with our community. Every experience matters.
That's why we want to continue elevating the digital presence of the brand, and we are looking for someone who will take on that challenge with us.ð What are we looking for? We look for design with criteria: visually careful, aligned with the brand and aimed at solving real user and business needs. The objective is not only to create attractive interfaces, but to design clear, consistent and easy-to-use experiences, especially in contexts where each decision can impact navigation, conversion, trust and brand perception.
It is a dynamic environment, with several lines of business and frequent releases, so we especially value the ability to land ideas, prioritize, adapt and design thinking about both the user and the viability of implementation.ð¼ What will be your functions? Design digital solutions for our different lines of business: ecommerce, app, content platforms, landings, campaigns and new product initiatives. Analyze existing flows, detect improvement needs and translate user, business and technology objectives into clear and actionable design proposals.
Work on the different phases of the design process according to the needs of each project: information architecture, navigation, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design and high fidelity visuals.Propose functionalities and improvements taking into account the purpose of each product, the user experience, usability principles and the impact on conversion.Take care of and grow our design system: consistency, reusable components and visual coherence in all products.Collaborate closely with teams multidisciplinary: frontend, development, business, CRO, data, brand, content and other teams involved in each project. Document the proposals in a clear and structured way to facilitate handoff, layout and development. Communicate and argue your design decisions before the team and project owners, relying on usability criteria, available data, qualitative feedback and business needs.
Design A/B tests defining different workflows. user to achieve the same objective and analyze its impact on key business metrics.AI as a work tool ð¤For us, AI is not an extra: it is a daily tool. We really use it “flows with Claude Code + Figma, rapid prototyping, microcopy, documentation†and we want someone who embraces it and also brings new ways to use it to the team. If AI is already part of how you work, or you are dying for it to be, this is your place.
You master ecommerce flows. You understand perfectly how a product sheet, a cart and a checkout work, and where the user is won and lost. UX criteria.
You define flows, navigation structures and information hierarchies with solutions that truly improve the experience, not just on paper. Impeccable UI. You execute high-quality, polished and consistent interfaces, with attention to visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, interaction states and brand coherence.
You know how to innovate without breaking the system. You land ideas, prioritize and design thinking about technical feasibility. If something is not viable, you propose a plan B that works.
Technical sensitivity. You don't need to program, but you speak the technical language: you understand the basics of HTML, CSS, responsive, components and states (loading, errors), and you know that behind each screen there are technical decisions. Collaborative mentality.
You work well with multidisciplinary teams: frontend, development, product, marketing or data. You understand the importance of listening to other points of view and know how to integrate feedback to reach more solid solutions.â¡ï¸
