Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

: Professional and confident in delivering training and demonstrationsBackground in a customer-facing or training role, ideally within healthcare (experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not essential)Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting customer needsAbility to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentFull UK driving licenseMinimum of eight C grades at GCSEMinimum of CCC at A-levelFluency in Portuguese, Spanish or Mandarin would be beneficial but not essential Responsibilities: Lead presentations and product demonstrations to customers in the UK and internationallyManage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning platform, ensuring effective and up-to-date training resourcesProduce high-quality training materials to support users in understanding and utilising our healthcare technology solutionsDeliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions, both online and in-personOrganise and run workshops to ensure users maximise their experience with our productsRepresent TPP as an ambassador at meetings, industry events, and healthcare conferences across the UK and abroad Technologies: Support More: We are TPP, a leading global healthcare technology company based in Leeds.
